What does Spindle Forms do?

Spindle Forms turns plain data from Sage 50 or Sage Instant Accounts into attractive forms and professional documents. All you have to do is follow the simple steps on the right to transform your documents.

What is a form?

Stationery design or template is a Word document or any other format of Windows application which can print. It is the graphics, line, pictures, logos and colours that will appear on your document.

The template then becomes a form when it is sent into Spindle Forms. The form can then be merged with your data to create a professional document

Where do the forms come from?

Forms come from virtually any application that can print. Templates are provided as Microsoft Word documents. To turn them into forms you simply print them to the Spindle Forms printer.

1. Pick a design for your stationery

Choose one of our templates for your stationery. You can easily personalise the template by adding your logo and corporate colours. Spindle will save your template as a new backdrop form.

2. Select your report from Sage

Print your Sage report to the Spindle printer as you would to your normal printer. There’s no need to change the way you are currently working.

3. Choose your stationery template

Pick the template you want to from your current designs or Spindle can choose the form automatically for you.

4. Press Print

Spindle will automatically merge the report from Sage with your form. Your printer will produce a professional business document. It’s that easy!
